清湯腩,麻甩得嚟夠地道,可以話係香港嘅代表美食之一。本店湯底採用用過百斤新鮮牛骨熬成,不會添加過多配料,每日新熬製8小時,湯底清澈而有啖啖牛香,濃而不濁,牛味香濃亦清甜。
牛腩採用本地英國和牛爽嫩有咬口的爽腩或半肥瘦帶油脂香的坑腩,啖啖牛味,再喝一口清甜牛骨湯,大滿足!
