清湯腩，麻甩得嚟夠地道，可以話係香港嘅代表美食之一。本店湯底採用用過百斤新鮮牛骨熬成，不會添加過多配料，每日新熬製8小時，湯底清澈而有啖啖牛香，濃而不濁，牛味香濃亦清甜。
牛腩採用本地英國和牛爽嫩有咬口的爽腩或半肥瘦帶油脂香的坑腩，啖啖牛味，再喝一口清甜牛骨湯，大滿足！
